Restrictions

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any artwork without written permission
• Use any artwork for commercial purposes without a license
• Create derivative works based on any artwork without permission
• Remove or alter any copyright notices or watermarks

Personal Use

You may view and share links to artwork on this Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Screenshots or images shared on social media should credit the artist and link back to the original work.

Print Purchases

Product Descriptions

I strive to accurately represent all prints, but please note:

• Colors may vary slightly from screen to print due to differences in monitors and printing processes
• Dimensions and materials are listed on each product page
• Limited editions are numbered and will not be reprinted once sold out

Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in US dollars
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders will be honored at the purchase price

Shipping

• Prints are shipped from the United States
• Shipping times vary by destination
• International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility
• I am not responsible for delays caused by customs processing

Returns and Refunds

• Prints are sold as-is
• If a print arrives damaged, contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage
• Damaged prints will be replaced or refunded at my discretion
• I do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or color variation within normal printing tolerances

Digital Art and NFTs

Blockchain Transactions

If you purchase or interact with my work on any blockchain platform:

• All blockchain transactions are final and irreversible
• Gas fees and transaction costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable
• I am not responsible for failed transactions due to network issues or wallet errors

Ownership and Rights

Purchasing an NFT grants you:

• Ownership of the token on the blockchain
• The right to display the associated artwork for personal, non-commercial use
• The right to resell the token on secondary markets

Purchasing an NFT does not grant you:

• Copyright or intellectual property rights to the artwork
• Commercial reproduction or licensing rights
• The right to create derivative works
• Any rights to other works in a series or collection

I retain full copyright and intellectual property rights to all artwork, regardless of NFT ownership.

Platform Terms

NFT purchases are also subject to the terms of the platform where the transaction occurs (such as Art Blocks, SuperRare, or others). Review those terms before purchasing.

Web3 Features

The optional Web3 page at /web3/ allows wallet connection for viewing blockchain data. By using this feature:

• You acknowledge that wallet connections are at your own risk
• You are responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys
• I am not responsible for any loss of funds or tokens

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Site and all content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• My total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aaron Penne from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of King County, Washington.

Changes to These Terms

I may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
